With the deadline for Country of Origin Labelling approaching, the Entrepreneurs’ Programme have worked with EQAS Business Development and Piper Alderman to help to de mystify the implementation of 'Country of Origin' Food Labelling.
This is a practical workshop to show how to determine what labelling is required and how to undertake the relevant calculations, as well as integrate this within the existing HACCP and quality systems already in place in the business.
The need for documentation and legal compliance will be discussed with strategies given to minimise the legal risk of non-compliance.
