Raw cow’s milk

There are increased health risks from drinking milk that hasn’t been pasteurised and therefore the sale of ‘raw’ cow’s milk to the public is not allowed.  Common questions about unpasteurised cow’s milk are answered in the Raw milk products Q & A (DOC 131.0 KB).

Approved auditors and authorised persons register

The approved auditors and authorised persons register lists people who can:

  • conduct food safety audits
  • assess compliance with food safety programs, and identify
  • identify and evaluate food safety hazards in the dairy industry.
