    Peta Crewe is the Regional Coordinator for the Limestone Coast State Government region, which covers an area of 21,000 square kilometers and includes Mount Gambier, the largest city outside of Adelaide. The region incorporates 7 Council jurisdictions including: Mount Gambier, Grant, Wattle Range, Robe, Kingston, Naracoorte/Lucindale, and Tatiara. The regions’ economy is driven by primary production, including the State’s key plantation forestry and logging sector and associated manufacturing.

    Timothy Smythe is the Regional Coordinator of the Murraylands and Riverland which covers an area of 36,720 square kilometres and includes the River Murray and adjacent Mallee country to the Victorian border. It is identified by the State Government as the Murray and Mallee region and covers 8 Council jurisdictions including: Berri Barmera, Coorong, Karoonda East Murray, Loxton Waikerie, Mid Murray, Renmark Paringa, Rural City of Murray Bridge and Southern Mallee. The Murraylands and Riverland regional economy is driven by primary production and associated manufacturing. Agriculture, forestry, fishing, fruit and nut, pig and wine grape industries make large contributions to their respective sectors on a state-wide scale. This is being complemented by growth in intensive livestock production such as poultry meat, expansion in fruit and vegetable production and large scale investment in horticultural developments.
