Livestock forums set to help red meat and wool producers

Wednesday 1 June 2022

Livestock forums across the Mid North and Eyre Peninsula in June will bring the latest research and best practice advice directly to South Australian producers.

The free forums will help producers identify the 'one percenter' improvements they can make to achieve greater efficiencies in their businesses and to make long term increases in productivity and profitability.

Vets and specialists will provide guidance on how to implement best practice strategies into enterprises, and producers who have already gained from adopting improvements will share their experiences.

As part of the Government of South Australia's Red Meat and Wool Growth Program, the forums are coming to Snowtown, Orroroo and Wudinna in early June.

Snowtown: 7 June, 8.45 am at Snowtown Football Club, North Terrace, Wudinna.

Orroroo: 8 June, 8.45 am at Blacksmith's Chatter Function Centre, 7 First Street, Orroroo.

Wudinna: 9 June, 10.00 am at Wudinna Football Club, 43 Medley Terrace, Wudinna.
