Pest animal policies and regulations

This page provides information on the legal requirements to control pest animals.

Pest animals are declared under the Landscape South Australia Act 2019 and there are typically restrictions on keeping, moving, selling or releasing them.

Landholders have a legal responsibility to control pest animals on their properties.
