Bulletins – Series 1
Published 1905–1969
Bulletins were extension publications covering a wide range of technical topics (often in a significant level of detail) targeting farmers, agribusiness and home maker audiences. Many of these Bulletins were also republished as articles in the monthly Journal of Agriculture magazine. Bulletins were published in two series:
- An initial sequentially numbered series of 481 Bulletins which commenced in 1905 (when the Department of Agriculture was formally established) and continued until 1969 (see Series 1)
- A second series published between 1972 and 1998 using a Bulletin number plus year of publication numbering system (see Series 2).
