Permits and exemptions

All permits and exemptions, that are not covered by the Fisheries Management Act 2007, are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Broodstock & seedstock collection permits

A permit is required to collect aquatic resources from SA waters for the purpose of broodstock or seedstock for aquaculture.

Exploratory & development permits
