Earlier last month, experts from SARDI and the University of Adelaide delivered a webinar covering spring pests in grains.
Dr Maarten van Helden provided updates on:
- recent reports of pest insects in grains following the very dry summer
- aphid activity
- native budworm trends.
Dr Kym Perry offered information on:
- Etiella, Redlegged Earth Mite (RLEM), and related degree-day models
- practical guidance on diamondback moth monitoring.
