Jessica Jolley
Biography
Jessica Jolley has expertise in process control, quantitative risk assessment and food safety in the red meat, pork and poultry processing industries. She is also a qualified statistician and has over 15 years of experience in providing quantitative advice, consulting and collaboration on the design, analysis and interpretation of experiments, surveys and research projects.
Jessica also has experience in establishing national monitoring programs, having assisted the Australian meat industry in revising and implementing new product and process monitoring systems nationally, as well as assisting the Saudi Arabian Food and Drug Authority with a national, ongoing food monitoring program. She has contributed to over 100 industry projects during her time at SARDI since 2013 and is a co-author on 22 journal publications and over 50 reports.
