Dr Tarita Furlan
Biography
Dr. Tarita Furlan has been working for South Australian Research and Development Institute (SARDI) as a research officer since 2023, after a few years in the wine industry as vineyard supervisor and technical officer in the Adelaide Hills and the Barossa Valley. Originally trained as a metallurgical engineer, Tarita has experience in lean manufacturing, process design, process improvement and project management.
