What happens next
Payment of the rebate will be made following an assessment of the application, including applicant eligibility, and receipt of evidence of expenditure incurred such as tax invoices and receipts. Calculations of the rebate will be based on GST exclusive cost of products and delivery.
The application and successful outcome letter constitute a legally binding agreement between the Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development (Minister) and successful applicant. Successful applicants will be required to provide an acquittal for the rebate received and expended at the end of the grant term.
Fraudulent claims
By signing the application form, you are declaring that the information provided in the application form and supporting documentation is true, accurate and not misleading about a material fact.
Providing inaccurate, untrue, or misleading information may be an offence and serious penalties may apply.
If any information provided in an application or supporting documentation is found to be inaccurate, untrue, or misleading, legal action may be taken against the applicant, including action to recover the rebate.
