Variation  of AL00168 and FM00149

This lease and corresponding licence cover one hectare of state waters within the Point Longnose aquaculture zone. The licence is currently authorised to farm Pacific Oyster (Magallana gigas) and Native Oyster (Ostrea angasi) using standard contained longlines.

Longlines would be secured in place using wooden posts on the northern end of the site and steel posts on the southern end of the site.

An interactive map indicating the proposed location of AL00168 and FM00149 is available through the aquaculture public register.

Copies of draft lease and licence certificates can also be viewed by selecting the lease and licence registration. However, note the conditions of each are subject to change depending on the results of the assessment process and whether the application is approved.
