Recreational fishers must comply with the daily fishing limits for marine and freshwater species caught in South Australian waters. Use this page's search to check each species' daily fishing limits. Size, bag, and boat limits may vary for charter boat fishing.
All limits apply for 24-hours from midnight to midnight. Once you catch the limit for a species, you're not allowed to take any more.
Unlisted species don't have fishing restrictions in SA, but you should take only what you need for personal use.
