Our telephone hotlines make it easy to get in touch with us.

Most are open to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Call our experienced staff for information and assistance:

  • during and immediately after emergency events – bushfires, storms and floods, or drought
  • with long term recovery from emergency events – funding applications and support services
  • to report animal or plant pests and disease in SA, including fruit fly.

Call for assistance immediately following any emergency event.

Experienced staff can help you with agricultural impacts and urgent animal issues that cannot be dealt with through veterinary or community services.

Suspected disease or pests in livestock, poultry or aquatic animals must be reported immediately.

Call us to help stop the spread of animal illness, even if you are unsure of the disease.
