SA Shellfish Quality Assurance Program
The South Australian Shellfish Quality Assurance Program (SASQAP) monitors the water quality in shellfish harvesting areas of the state.
Tests are carried out where the following are harvested:
- oysters
- mussels
- cockles
- scallops.
SASQAP is carried out by the Department of Primary Industries and Regions and the South Australian shellfish industries. Learn more:
