Amanda Duggan

Amanda Duggan is the owner and executive producer of TAV Productions, a video content creation company that was founded in Adelaide in 1998.

Amanda’s passion for food underpins many of the businesses she works with and the projects she produces.

The popular television series Out of the Blue has sent Amanda with the two Michael’s all around South Australia catching and cooking a myriad of seafood.

In 2015, TAV partnered with San Remo to create an 18-part cooking series – viewed by over 3 million people – featuring the journey of pasta across Italy. TAV has also produced digital content for brands such as:

• La Casa Del Formaggio
• Tscharke wines.

When Amanda is not directing and producing, her love of cooking prompted her to create her own social media cooking program called 'Amanda’s Easy Eats' which are simple ‘home cooked’ recipes that highlight the very best of South Australian produce.
