The following instructions are for people using PIRSA's online services via the upgraded myPIRSA portal.

How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to the myPIRSA portal.
  2. Click the 'log in' button (top right of screen).
  3. Click on 'Forgot your password?'.
  4. Enter your email address and click the 'Submit' button. An email will be sent to you containing a security code and validation link.
  5. Go to the email and click on the validation link. You will then be emailed a new password.
  6. Login to myPIRSA with your new password.

How do I change my password?

  1. Login to the myPIRSA portal.
  2. Click on your name (top right of screen), then select 'myProfile'.
  3. Click on 'Change your password'.
  4. Enter your current password and click 'Continue'.
  5. Enter your new password, and then click 'Change Password'.
  6. Click 'Continue' on the screen confirming your password has been set.
  7. Login to myPIRSA with your new password.

How do I edit my account details?

  1. Login to the myPIRSA portal.
  2. Click on your name (top right of screen), then select 'myProfile'.
  3. Click on 'Edit your account details'.
  4. Update your details and then click 'Save'.

How do I access a service?

In myPIRSA you can access most services by clicking on a service type, selecting a service then clicking 'Launch Service'.

Some services are only available after you log in with your myPIRSA account. Selected services can only be used by applying for them first. When you log in to myPIRSA, services that are available for you to use will appear in the myServices menu.

To create a myPIRSA account, or to request access to a service go into myPIRSA and select 'Register'. For further information refer to the myPIRSA page.

After applying for a service it displays Pending approval, why?

When you apply for a service in myPIRSA it will either be automatically approved, or forwarded for review by a PIRSA representative.

Any services that require a review before they are available for you to use will appear as 'Pending approval'. When these services have been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email notification and your service will then be available to use.

Why have I been automatically logged out of myPIRSA?

For security purposes you will be logged out of myPIRSA after a period of inactivity. To continue you may need to log back in.

When accessing myPIRSA, we recommend using one of the following web browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome

Which devices are recommended?

myPIRSA is optimised to run on computers, tablets and mobile phones.

For the best user experience a computer is recommended.
