Andrew Costello

Cosi is a proud born-and-bred South Australian who grew up on the Yorke Peninsula and studied Agriculture at Roseworthy College. He’s a country lad who, after winning a radio competition on a local radio station and then winning the hearts of the state, has become a household name.

Cosi currently heads up South Aussie with Cosi, SA’s biggest locally produced TV show (now in its ninth season) and co-hosts the breakfast show on 107.1 SAFM. He also keeps himself busy each day chatting to his 400,000 social media followers.

In 2013, Cosi founded the charity Cows for Cambodia, which helps families break the poverty cycle in one of the world’s most impoverished countries. He also regularly gives up his time for those doing it tough, by championing community groups who may be less fortunate.

In 2018 Cosi won the South Australian Local Hero Award and went onto become a finalist for Australian of The Year.
